Project overview

An end-to-end records digitisation and management programme for a national regulatory body, encompassing policy development, staff training, system implementation support, and compliance audit. SITRAC developed the institution's records management policy framework, trained 35 records and administrative staff, and supported the migration of over 12,000 physical records to a structured electronic document management system.
