Project overview

A series of six facilitated workshops designed to support a national government parastatal in developing its digital transformation strategy. The workshops brought together senior leadership, IT staff, and frontline service staff to co-create a digital roadmap aligned with Kenya's national e-government agenda, resulting in a phased implementation plan endorsed by the institution's board.
