A six-week skills development programme targeting 120 unemployed youth aged 18–35 in peri-urban Nairobi, covering entrepreneurship, financial literacy, customer service, and digital skills. The programme was designed in partnership with a donor-funded development foundation and incorporated practical business development support alongside classroom instruction, with 68% of participants reporting income-generating activity six months post-training.
